DragonRage #2: The Bloody Fate of Kings

Now that many of you have read DragonRage: A Cradle of Embers, you’ve been asking, “Well, when is issue two coming out?” And we have an answer.

We don’t know.

But we ARE hard at work on it! I’m writing it now; in fact, the first three pages are being penciled by Jimmy as you read this. (Unless you’re reading this in the one hour we let him sleep.)

So, what’s it gonna be about? Will Traego and his men hunt and capture Nuri? Will Nuri expand her diet to include the charred corpses she leaves behind? Will Brannock and Nuri ever go all the way? These are the hard-hitting questions I know you want answers to, Page One Peeps! So, allow me, your guide to all things DragonRage, to give you a little insight…

Work-In-Progress art from issue two

The title of issue two is DragonRage: The Bloody Fate of Kings. It picks up where we left off, with Brannock and Nuri exploring their relationship, and Traego organizing a party to snatch Nuri from the kingdom of Black Cliff. You will meet a mysterious new character named the Pythoness, who has a connection to Damorgo, the King of Dragons. You will learn a little about the political relationships between Black Cliff and the surrounding kingdoms. And, you’ll get to see what happens when big, bad Traego meets a force he can’t out-muscle! Heck, even I can’t wait to read it, and I’m writing it!

In the meantime, check out our Indiegogo Second Chance campaign for issue one, DragonRage: A Cradle of Embers, featuring ALL NEW covers by Jimmy, David Finch, and an exclusive cover by rising superstar Jas Singh! ANNNNNNND, if you haven’t already done so, DO NOT FORGET to enter our contest to have YOUR artwork featured in the Second Chance edition of DragonRage! Check this very website for more details!

Much love and thanks to you all!
